Please read before booking to ensure the best possible outcome for your clean.
Bond cleaning is designed for vacated properties. If the property is furnished, please advise us at the time of booking.
We require access to water and electricity on the day of cleaning.
We use only 3 ladder steps during cleaning for safety reasons.
We do not guarantee removal of permanent marks, stains, grout discolouration, pet hair or damage to existing property.
Carpet shampoo stains and furniture marks are not guaranteed for removal.
Re-cleans are covered within the original quotation scope. Issues outside the original quote are not included.
