If your property manager raises any issues within 5 days of the clean, we’ll return and correct them at no extra cost — in writing. Allow 48 hours for us to respond and coordinate timing.

Bond cleaning is designed for vacated properties. If the property is furnished, please advise us at the time of booking.
We require access to water and electricity on the day of cleaning.
We use only 3 ladder steps during cleaning for the safety of our team.
No guarantee on permanent marks, stains, grout discolouration, pet hair or pre-existing damage.
Carpet stains and furniture marks are not guaranteed for removal.
Re-cleans are covered within the original quotation scope only.
Our team requires a car parking space to be available at or near the property on the day of the clean.
